The Stobbe Group values

Michael Jackson wrote and performed very correctly in the early 90ties the song "Heal the World" describing very well what our life should be concerned about.

• Heal the world, make it a better place for you and for me and the entire human race
• There are people dying, if you care enough for the living
• Make it a better place, for you and for me.

For me looking back – most of my life can be expressed through also these lines:

• Responsibility - require heavy involvement in Research & Development of innovative technologies - and take care of people
• Industrial collaboration – understand partnership and collaboration
• International perspective – don’t be national limited – look global and see the needs
• Liberal and humanistic approach – quality of life is by far the most important for all of us
• Innovative - create the most technologically advanced, highest-performing products and forget greed that created global warming

Over the years, I have developed into a mix of leadership, entrepreneur ship, commitment to the highly relevant dream, dare to take enormous financial risks, high level of inventiveness, enormous inspiration, ability to create satisfying jobs for a team of experienced and ingenuity engineers and technicians, humble enough and not afraid of listening and learn, recognize mistakes, and learn from them, responsibility for people, all mixed with the freedom of 100% ownership.
